Service Description
(1–5 Guests | Private Immersive Tour) Step inside a working tortilla factory and experience nixtamalization in its most immersive form. The Semilla Experience is a private, small-group tour designed for food lovers, chefs, families, and curious minds who want to deeply engage with the process of traditional corn tortilla making. This experience includes: • A personal introduction to our family story and heritage • A guided walkthrough of our production areas (pailas, molino, machinery floor) • A deeper explanation of the science and cultural significance of nixtamalization • High-level hands-on participation, corn grinding with metates and manual grinders, tortilla pressing and tortilla cooking. Because this is a private experience, activities are tailored to your group’s age, interests, and skill level. ⏱ Duration: 1–1.5 hours

Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour are non-refundable. Due to the operational nature of our working production facility, no-shows or same-day cancellations will not be refunded. We reserve the right to reschedule tours in case of operational or safety needs.
