Our 100% nixtamalized corn tortillas are made with just:

That’s it! No preservatives, additives, or artificial stuff—ever.

No, SA Colonial Tortilla Factory tortillas do not contain any artificial additives. They are made with all-natural ingredients and should be refrigerated to maintain freshness.

Our tortillas stay fresh for about 3 to 4 days at room temperature if kept away from extreme temperatures or heat sources. For best results, refrigerate them.

✅ Yes!

You can freeze our tortillas for up to 1 year if they are sealed well and protected from freezer burn. To thaw, place them in the fridge overnight or let them sit at room temperature (still sealed) until soft.
