San Antonio Colonial Tortilla Factory is not just a business for us, it is tradition. We are Mexican and very proud of where we grew up, so more than a lucrative opportunity, our business is a channel that allows us to share an important part of our culture with the inhabitants of this region.
Each product is carefully crafted by hands full of experience and love for what they do. The processes remain as close to those that our ancestors used, which in turn allows us to offer high quality, healthier products with flavors that can only be found in our beloved Mexico.
And this is how throughout the few years that we have been in San Antonio we have managed to conquer the hearts of our clients, who in turn share with their families and customers a little bit of Mexican tradition, a little bit of San Antonio Colonial Tortilla Factory.

Our Mission
SA Colonial Tortilla Factory is a place where the most healthy, natural, delicious and resistan tortillas are produced. We are passionate of sharing what we do with our community, locally, nationally and internationally. Our aim is to offer a product that's versatile enough to be consumed at home, and by the restaurant and taqueria industry. We ensure our tortillas are resistant enough to be used by a street taquero, but also delicate and soft to be consumed at home by our families. We are also very aware of the health crisis the world is going through right now, so we want to also add as part of our mision the advantage of our tortillas being natural and healthy with no artificial preservatives added.
