It all started with a simple, “Yes, of course — you can look around.”
We never planned to offer tours… but as guests peeked behind the curtain, something incredible happened: they were mesmerized!
The sound of the mill. The smell of warm masa. The colors of the tortillas. The story of nixtamal.
What began by accident quickly became one of the most meaningful parts of what we do. Today, we proudly welcome school groups, homeschool families, foodies, chefs, and even United Nations ambassadors to experience the heart and hands behind every tortilla we make.

What's the cost?
We’re currently offering a limited number of pilot Nixtatours — and you’re invited!
Because this experience is still in its early stage, there’s no set fee at this time. However, each visit includes hands-on activities, personalized materials, and take-home goodies (yep — tortillas too!).
To help us continue growing this project, we suggest a voluntary donation of $10–$15 per guest, which helps us cover the cost of materials and prepare future tours.
