(6–15 Guests | Educational Group Tour) Designed for schools, culinary groups, and educational organizations, the Maíz Circle offers a structured and dynamic introduction to the world of nixtamalized corn tortillas. Guests will explore: • The cultural roots of nixtamalization • The transition from artisanal methods to scaled production • The role of quality control in food manufacturing • The importance of preservative-free production • A guided walk through our production areas • A rotating hands-on demonstration experience ⏱ Duration: 1–1.25 hours

Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour are non-refundable. Due to the operational nature of our working production facility, no-shows or same-day cancellations will not be refunded. We reserve the right to reschedule tours in case of operational or safety needs.
