Please consider the following before placing your order.
This product is ONLY available for in store pick up. Deliveries are NOT available. If product is chosen for delivery, the order will be immediately refunded. If product is combined with other products that are available for delivery in the same order, only the products available for delivery will be shipped and a partial refund will be issued.
Pre-ordering process goes as follows:
- Pre-Ordering week starts on Friday.
- Pre-Ordering week closes next Thursday at 2:00pm.
- Order will be ready for pick up on Saturday between 12:00 and 2:30pm.
Late Pick ups
Our products contain no preservatives often found in many commercial products. This means, their life span is shorter and are meant to be refrigerated & consumed as soon as possible, especially the products in our -Organic line-
If customer fails to pick up on the assigned date, the order will be placed in our freezing area. After this point SA Colonial TF will not be held accountable for the product not being fresh or in good conditions, consequence of late pick ups.
No refunds or replacements will be issued in this case.
