How to Pre-Order organic products!

• Why do I need to pre-order the products from your organic line?

Our organic line is considered *Special*  it's not produced daily yet, so we get all the orders of the week together and produce them all at once. This means, our pre-orders will be taken from Friday (all day) to next Thursday (until 12:30 pm) and will either be picked up in store next Saturday between 12:00 pm and 2:30 pm or shipped out next Monday after the pre-order week closes (per customer's selection)

 

• What is the process to pre-order?

 

For in store pick-up

1. Pre-orders registrations start on Friday.

2. Pre-orders registrations close on Thursday at 12:30 pm.

3. Orders will be ready for pick up next Saturday between 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm after pre-order was registered. (Customer will receive a pick up ready e-mail)

• Ex. If you pre-order on Friday November 24, your order will be ready for pick-up on Saturday December 2.

• Same case if you order on Tuesday November 27 your order will be ready for pick-up on Saturday December 2.

 

For shipping

1. Pre-orders registrations start on Friday.

2. Pre-orders registrations close on Thursday at 12:30 pm.

3. Orders will be sent out the next Monday after pre-order was registered.

• Ex. If you pre-order on Friday November 24, your order will be shipped on Monday December 4, and will arrive after the days you selected on your shipping.

• Same case if you order on Tuesday November 27  your order will be shipped on Monday December 4, and will arrive after the days you selected on your shipping.

 

*If there's a pre-order product combined with a regular product in the same shipping order, they will all ship next Monday after the pre-order week closes.
